Time to sign up for 1099-S Year End Processing

Mortgage Discharge Document Project/Version 10.20 update

We will soon have ready the new Massachusetts payoff request and discharge request letters for Standard Conveyancer. The new documents are based on the proposed forms REBA has developed for future addition to its title standards.

When testing is completed, the documents will be available for download. The documents will be distributed in an a software update to version 10.20.

This means that in order to download the update for these new documents you must be running Standard Conveyancer version 10.20 or higher. All clients were mailed a version 10.20 update disk by late September. To see what version you are currently using, click Help, then About, then About Standard Conveyancer.

If your office has not yet installed your 10.20 update, you should do so as soon as possible. The update package includes simple instructions that remind you to run File Maintenance and back up your data first. Please call if you need any help or advice.
